Prices and renewal

The current standard plans are US$99 per month or US$990 per year, billed upfront for the selected period. The yearly plan equals US$82.50 per month but is charged as one yearly payment. Both automatically renew at the disclosed price and interval until cancelled. Applicable tax is shown at checkout; your bank may charge currency conversion fees.

The price, currency, billing interval, included access and applicable taxes must be available before you confirm payment. Any price change applies only with the notice and consent required by law. Older one-time and lifetime purchases retain their original promised rights and do not acquire a recurring charge through this policy.

Cancel future renewal

Open Account → Billing and turn off renewal for the subscription before its next billing date. Access continues to the end of the paid period. If the control is unavailable, email contact@tengmedia.com for help cancelling. Deleting an app, signing out, removing social sign-in or ceasing to use the service does not cancel billing. Keep your cancellation confirmation.

Refund requests and billing problems

For a refund request, duplicate charge, payment you did not authorize, or access that was not supplied, email contact@tengmedia.com with your account email, payment date, receipt or transaction reference, and a brief explanation. Never send your password or full card number.

We review requests against the offer you purchased, any guarantee given at checkout, the circumstances and applicable consumer law. Cancelling future renewal does not itself issue a refund for a completed charge. This page does not limit a refund, cancellation or other remedy you are entitled to by law.

Where a refund is approved, we confirm the amount and return it through the original payment method where possible. Your payment provider controls when it appears. The effect on paid access is explained with the resolution.

What your membership covers

The purchased plan controls your paid learning and publishing access. Publication is subject to review and the Community Guidelines. Third-party AI subscriptions and separately purchased services or communities are not included unless the offer expressly says so. Purchases directly from another seller follow that seller’s purchase process and applicable legal obligations.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right, legal warranty, cancellation right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. If a mandatory local protection conflicts with these terms, that protection applies. Contact us if required purchase information was missing, delivery failed or a charge differs from the agreement. A request does not require giving up any complaint or dispute rights.
