Send a deletion request

1. Email contact@tengmedia.com with the subject “Delete my TENG MEDIA account”.
2. Use the email on your account and include your public handle if you have one. If your social account has no email on file, tell us the displayed name and sign-in provider so we can arrange verification.
3. Tell us whether the request covers the shared account, public games and community contributions, or only a particular item. We will confirm identity proportionately and explain the result or any lawful exception. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, subject to the legal deadline that applies.

What deletion affects

Deleting the shared account affects website and school access, profile information, sign-in links, learning progress, XP, optional map information and associated community or game data. We coordinate removal or de-identification of associated records, public uploads and matching provider records as appropriate. Tell us about any separate account or older purchase so it can be identified.

Download your own original projects before deletion. We may need to retain limited billing, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute records. Restricted backups and provider logs may remain until expiry. We cannot erase copies another person downloaded or independently published, but can explain the limits of our removal.

Subscriptions and social sign-in

Use Account → Billing to cancel future renewal, or explicitly ask support to cancel it with your deletion request. Do not assume an email request or removal of social access has already stopped billing; keep our confirmation. Deletion does not by itself resolve an outstanding refund request.

Removing TENG AI School in your Google or Facebook connected-app settings revokes that connection. It does not independently delete our account records or cancel a subscription. Use the request process above for those actions.

Other privacy requests

You may use the same support address to request access, correction, portability where applicable, or withdrawal of consent. Do not send a password, complete card number or identity document unless a specific, necessary verification method has been agreed. See the Privacy Policy for further choices.
