Cookies & Storage
Last updated October 5, 2026
Cookies and browser storage keep features working across visits. This page describes the current main website and connected school. Read it with our Privacy Policy.

| teng_account_flow, teng_account_return, arcade_sso, teng_oauth | Secure sign-in handoffs and return navigation. | A few minutes, up to 10 minutes |
| arcade_vid | A first-party browser identifier used for game views, plays and duplicate-count prevention. | Up to one year |
| teng_referral | Remember the creator referral link used to arrive, so qualifying membership purchases can be attributed. | Up to 30 days |
| Session storage | Pending verification or password reset references, sign-in navigation and session handoff checks. | Generally the current browser tab |
| School preferences and game storage | Browser-specific preferences, gameplay state or game saves, depending on the experience. | Until cleared or replaced by the feature |
Embedded media and external services
The main website does not currently load a site-wide Google Analytics or Meta advertising pixel. This does not mean every external service is cookie-free. Video players, external games, social sign-in and Stripe can process connection information or use their own storage when you use them. YouTube lesson embeds use its privacy-enhanced domain, which still contacts YouTube when loaded. School pages also request fonts from Google.
Your controls
Your browser lets you review, block or delete site cookies and storage. To clear shared sign-in data, review both tengmedia.com and school.tengmedia.com. Blocking essential storage can prevent sign-in, checkout navigation or saved progress. Clearing a referral cookie before it is linked to your account can prevent attribution; clearing it does not erase an attribution or transaction already recorded.
Browser storage controls do not delete your account, cancel a subscription or remove provider records. Use Account billing for renewals and Data Deletion for account requests. Contact contact@tengmedia.com for privacy questions or to object to optional uses.
