Our commitment
Teng Media Inc. aims to provide services in a way that respects the dignity, independence and equal opportunity of people with disabilities. We will work with you to understand a communication or access need and find an appropriate way to help.
Using this website
The site includes labelled form fields, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus indicators and a “Skip to content” link. Text can be enlarged using browser controls, and the layout adapts to smaller screens. Decorative images are kept out of the reading order, while meaningful images have text descriptions.
The site respects the reduced-motion preference available in your device or browser settings. The contact form displays written submission feedback, and you can email us directly if you cannot use it.
Request help or another format
Email hello@tengmedia.com with the information you need and your preferred way to receive it. We will consult with you about a suitable accessible format or communication support, respond as soon as practicable, and provide it without an additional accessibility charge.
You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or medical history. Describing the barrier and the help you need is enough to start.

Report an accessibility barrier
If possible, include the page address, what you were trying to do, and what went wrong. You may also tell us which browser or assistive technology you use if that helps explain the issue. We will review your feedback, discuss a workaround where available, and use it to guide improvements.
