Your account and eligibility

Give accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You must be able to form a binding agreement, or have a parent or guardian’s authorization where legally permitted. A purchaser must be legally able to make the purchase. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Account creation does not give permission for marketing messages.

Learning, community and membership

Free accounts and paid memberships have different access levels. The current offer and checkout identify what your purchase includes. Monthly and yearly memberships renew until cancelled. The Billing & Refunds policy explains renewal, cancellation and refund requests. Existing one-time or lifetime buyers retain the rights promised with their purchase; these terms do not convert those purchases into subscriptions.

Membership permits eligible game submissions for review. It does not guarantee publication, promotion, player traffic, income, a job or completion within a particular time. Educational examples and demonstrations are illustrative. Your results depend on your work, tools and circumstances. External AI tools, hardware, hosting and separately offered communities may have their own costs and terms.

Your work and our materials

You retain the rights you hold in your original game and other uploaded content. You are responsible for obtaining permission for code, music, artwork, likenesses and other material you submit, including checking the applicable tool and asset licences.

By submitting content, you give us a non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce, technically adapt, display and distribute it as needed to review, host and operate the service, including your game listing, thumbnail and public profile. This does not transfer ownership. You can request removal; reasonable backup, legal retention and copies already obtained by others may remain.

Our branding, site design and teaching materials remain owned by us or their respective licensors. Your access allows learning and use of resources as permitted by their accompanying licence. Do not resell access, republish paid lessons, or distribute protected materials without permission.

Acceptable use and moderation

Follow the Community Guidelines. Do not use the service for unlawful content, harassment, impersonation, malware, credential theft, spam or manipulation of views, XP or commissions. We may review or remove submissions and restrict access for abuse, security or legal reasons. Where practical, we explain a restriction and allow you to contact support to challenge it. Mandatory consumer rights and legitimate billing remedies remain available.

Third-party services and availability

Member games, external links, AI tools, social networks and payment services may have separate terms. You decide whether to use them. We take reasonable care in operating the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free member games or compatibility with every device. Keep your own copies of original projects and exports.

Consumer rights and responsibility

Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right, legal warranty, cancellation right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. If a mandatory local protection conflicts with these terms, that protection applies.

To the extent permitted by law, learning resources and member content are provided as available without a promise of specific outcomes. We do not exclude responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, including applicable liability for fraud or other non-excludable conduct. Nothing here requires you to waive a statutory claim or use private arbitration.

Changes and contact

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes receive appropriate notice, and consent where required; they do not retroactively remove accrued rights or the promises attached to an earlier purchase.
