What earns commission

The current rate is 40% of eligible collected referred membership payments and renewals. Free accounts, clicks, game views and unpaid checkouts do not earn commission. The calculation excludes tax and reflects discounts, refunds and disputed payments. Attribution must be recorded by our system; a referral link does not guarantee that every visitor or purchase will be attributed.

Attribution and prohibited activity

A referral cookie can remember a qualifying visit for up to 30 days. Once a customer is attributed, eligible subsequent membership payments can earn commission. Existing attribution is not freely transferable between creators. Browser settings, deleted cookies and using another device can interrupt attribution. Do not self-refer, create fake customers, force referral cookies, impersonate TENG MEDIA, bid deceptively on our identity, send spam or make unsupported product or earnings claims.

Holds, adjustments and payouts

Commissions normally remain pending for 30 days. The current minimum available payout balance is US$50. Payouts are reviewed and recorded by the program administrator; the dashboard is not an automatic cash withdrawal or a promise of a fixed payout date. Contact contact@tengmedia.com about payment arrangements. Refunds, chargebacks and corrections can reduce pending or available amounts, including adjustments after an earlier payout. You are responsible for applicable taxes and accurate payment information. No income level is guaranteed.

Disclose your affiliate relationship

Place a clear disclosure close to every relevant link or recommendation, for example: “I may earn a commission if you buy a membership through this link.” It must be easy to see before someone acts on your recommendation. Do not hide it only in a profile, policy page or hashtag group. Make truthful claims based on actual experience and follow the advertising and consent rules that apply to your audience and channel.

Program changes and disputes

We may investigate suspicious activity, suspend abusive participation and update the program with appropriate notice. Changes do not retroactively erase legitimate earned amounts, subject to refunds, disputes and fraud corrections. Contact support with the transaction date and dashboard reference if a calculation appears wrong. Do not send another member’s private information.
